Initial consultation
The initial requirement call is free of charge.
Paid consultations
Paid consultations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded in full. Later cancellations may be rescheduled once.
Engagements
Fees for studies, reports and project services are payable as set out in the engagement letter. Advances cover work started; if an engagement is cancelled, fees for work completed up to that date are retained and any balance of advance is refunded.
How to request
Write to info@valtora.com with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
